KINGS OF ARMENIA. Tigranes I, 121-96 BC. Dichalkon (Bronze, 17 mm, 3.60 g, 12 h), Artaxata. Head of Tigranes I to right, wearing a tiara decorated with a star and tied with diadem. Rev. BAIΛEΩΣ / MEΓAΛΟΥ - TIΓPANOY Winged thunderbolt. Kovacs 53 (this coin). Extremely rare, and the Kovacs plate coin. Surfaces a little rough and with minor traces of cleaning, otherwise, good fine.
